Welcome to Rise, a program designed specifically for High School girls in the Dubuque area. We are on a mission to equip teenage girls with education and skills for real life.

Join us at Rise in October for a night of all things Financial Literacy. Learn the ins and outs of credit, debit, budgeting, and more with Mariko Kurboe of Dupaco. We will have an intense Kahoot Competition to round out the evening plus all of the community you crave with the She Unites crew.

About Mariko Kurobe

Mariko is a Branch Manager at Dupaco Community Credit Union. She is a friend to the She Unites community and is passionate about educating the next generation of women with Rise.

What to Expect

Come to Convivium Urban Farmstead every 2nd Wednesday of the month from September - May for Free Coffee, Free Community, and Free Education. No pre-registration is required. Any and all high schoolers in the Dubuque area are welcome at Rise regardless of what school they attend.
