Nat Finley Co-Founder

Nat is the creative impulse behind She Unites. Her passion for people propelled this project forward and we wouldn't be launching without her! Nat is a lover of all things breakfast food. You'll be besties instantly if you let her eat off your plate. She is an adventurous artist with a camera always in hand, mom of two rambunctious little boys, and just so happens to have a smokin’ hot hubby.

Adele Herman Co-Founder

Adele is the brains behind the SheUnites brand; the wizard of words, design, video, and making things pretty. She lives for outdoor adventures in the dirt, sun, or snow, prefers dogs to people 90% of the time, and has a wickedly sarcastic tongue with very little filter. When not adding her creative touch to the world, you will find Adele on the soccer field coaching the youths of the Dubuque Soccer Club.

Logan Lynch

Logan is a modern-day renaissance woman. She owns her own pelvic floor therapy practice and teaches cycling at Soul Revolution - talk about a total bad a**. She is an enthusiastic soul who loves to educate & entertain on social media. When she is not out there changing the world, you are most likely to find Logan making travel plans to Colorado, practicing on her guitar, or in a CrossFit class at the gym.

Brooke Stelken

Brooke is a staff accountant for AccounTax Solutions LLC, she started out as an intern in 2016 and has been part of the team for the last 4 years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. Through college, she volunteered for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) preparing individual tax returns. In her spare time, Brooke likes to read and spend time with her two dogs.

Luzelena is a community leader who aims to uplift and support Black and Brown communities through her work and community engagement. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones and her four-legged bestie Nacho. Oh, and she makes incredible blueberry crumble muffins.

Heather Jelinske

Heather Jelinske currently works at RSM, supporting middle-market client’s technology needs across the globe. When she’s not nerding out on the tech side, you can find her playing chauffeur to her 9-year-old daughter, Penelope. A self-proclaimed foodie, Heather enjoys traveling any place she can tempt her taste buds but equally loves coming home to Netflix binge with her husband Michael, and her big puppies, Zoe and Rafa. Consistently finding herself in male-dominated industries, Heather strives to connect and engage women, particularly in STEM, to blaze their own paths.

Marie Maguina Heller

Marie currently works at Loras College as the Enrollment CRM and Operations Specialist. Born and raised in Huaraz-Peru, She came to Iowa with her parents and sister at 15, moved to Arizona with her husband Greg at 25, and then came back to Iowa with their baby girl five years later. Now with two kiddos Sierra and CJ and full-time jobs, life is hectic but wonderful! She is a member of L.E.A.D (Latino Empowerment and Development) and a volunteer for Dubuque Unidos. In her free time, Marie loves adventuring with family, a good sweaty workout, cooking new food recipes, and sharing them with family and friends!

Sharanā Baker

Sharanā Baker was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and moved to Dubuque in 2015 to attend college, where she received her Bachelors from Loras College and Masters from Clarke University. She now has over seven collective years working with companies, colleges, families, students, clients, and K-12 schools. Myia Steines

Myia is a lawyer by day and a multitasker by night- attempting to (hopefully semi-successfully) manage a household with a husband -who always keeps me on my toes and laughing, a sassy independent toddler, another baby on the way, and two rambunctious dogs. If/when I finally get a chance to relax, you will find me with a cold craft beer and either binging Netflix or headfirst in a thriller novel.
