Welcome to Rise, a program designed specifically for Junior and Senior High School girls in the Dubuque area. We are on a mission to equip teenage girls with education and skills for real life.
Join us at Rise in November for a crash course about the menstrual cycle. Hear about everything you were never taught about your period and what constitutes ‘a normal cycle.’ Megan Gross will be leading this educational discussion and we will be packing period products for Red Basket Project.
