About Jordan:

 Jordan Fullan serves as Co-CEO of HODGE, a material handling and logistics company, headquartered here in Dubuque, where she leads alongside her brother, Zach Hodge. As a fourth-generation leader in her family business, she’s committed to upholding the values passed down through the generations while guiding the company toward innovative growth and long-term success. 

With a professional background in personal health and wellness, corporate wellness, and human resources, Jordan has always prioritized the well-being of others. She believes that helping people discover their WHY, coupled with adopting intentional habits and fostering a growth mindset, is key to achieving lasting success. 

Jordan cherishes her roles as a loving wife and the adventurous mom of two spirited children, Maverick (7) and Finley (5). Whether globetrotting with her family, diving into a new athletic challenge, or simply enjoying a playful day out, she finds joy in life's diverse experiences and embraces optimism in all that she does.
