In August we are thrilled to welcome board member and pelvic health expert Logan Lynch to She Unites.
She will be giving you education on how to stay mobile AND strong during pregnancy, advice on how to better prepare for birth, and provide you tips for how to improve postpartum recovery.
This discussion is for anyone who is pregnant, plans to get pregnant, or is postpartum and wants to improve their recovery and return to fitness.
Logan takes pride in helping patients with not only their pelvic health, but their overall strength and long-term wellness. She provides a welcoming and patient-centered healthcare experience. She is a Dubuque resident and proud owner of Life In Motion Physical Therapy. Outside of the clinic, you can find Logan teaching cycling at a local studio, Soul Revolution, traveling to Colorado for adventure, or working on her own pelvic health and fitness at CrossFit Restoration.
